Brian, Melinda, Brooklyn & Lexie

We saw the Circus was coming to town and we just had to take Brooklyn. It was her first time and she loved it! She got to ride a elephant, camel, pony and the train. We had such a great time. It was our first big outing with all of us since Lexie was born.

I really need to add some pictures and update my blog. But all my pictures are on Brian's computer and his computer is getting fixed. I can't believe that we have been in Colorado for 1 month!! Wow time sure does fly by. We have absolutely LOVED Colorado. We live in such a nice neighborhood. We have already made some great friends. We love our ward. It is a very young ward so there are tons of kids. Whenever we get together with other families Brooklyn always has someone to play with. We had a fun little birthday party for Brooklyn when we moved in so we could get to know some little girls that are her age. It was so fun and 10 of the 11 girls came. We love being so close to so many fun things. We have 4 rec centers that we get into for free. Each of them has different indoor and outdoor pools. Brooklyn has started swimming lessons at one of them and loves it. I love it because when she is done with lessons I can let her swim in the kid pool while I sit with Lexie on the side. There are so many parks and trails to ride our bikes and go on walks. We love meeting friends at the park or Chick -Fil-A for lunch. We usually have something going on everyday.  Brooklyn is also in gymnastics and is doing so good in her class. It's so fun to watch her each week. We feel so lucky and blessed to be in such a great area. We are really loving our new home.

These little ones are cousins! I think they look so much alike. I can't wait to meet Chase in real life so we can see them together!

I thought it would be fun to compare pictures of Brooklyn and Lexie at 5 months...I can't decide how much they look like each other.

I LOVE these two little girls. Now that Lexie is aware of what is going on around her she has Loved being with her sister Brooklyn. These two will entertain each other for hours (I should say that Brookie does the entertaining & Lexie loves it.) It is so fun to watch them together. I have high hopes for these two little girls to be a constant in each other's lives. I think they are off to a good start!

Brooklyn and Teagan were born just a few days apart when we were living in California. We played all the time together. We loved getting together with Tea and her mom Jessica. We went to Cali for a week while Brian had training. We decided to do a joint birthday for the girls. They turned 4 and it was SO fun to celebrate together. The girls played great together and it was VERY hard to say goodbye.

We had such a fun time visiting our friends in California. I wish I would have taken more pictures. We even got to see our friend Ashley and her cute kids for a day. We went swimming and caught up on what we have been doing. It is so nice to have such great friends that we can see and it's just so easy and fun when you get together.

Brooklyn really wanted a Valentine party. So I put together a fun and easy party. The girls had fun and Brooklyn always loves having friends come over!
