today...

I miss the aprtment we use to live in.
The one where we could go outside and play with our friends.
I think I would drive 5 hours just to be with everything that was familiar to us again.

drive 6 hours instead and you can come see me. i think i had a very similar day today. i couldn't stop looking at weston's grad pics just to see familiar faces. i didn't realize how much i would miss everything...and since everyone moved it will never be the same even if you do go back. let's get plannin our girls trip! oh and i have a funny story for you, will call you tomorrow.

It is funny how that happens, I remember when we moved to NM and I did not like it. I missed everything. Now, when we go back to UT I cant wait to come home. It will get better.

Well I love that I get to see my granddaughter more often. I must be very selfish but I missed her so much when she was in California. I love those little arms around my neck!! I love being Grandma Carrot! But you do have some wonderful friends in California and for that I am very grateful!!!
